Wade Wilson has been involved with the presentation, structuring, analysis, negotiation and acquisition of commercial real estate transactions for the past 15 years. Most recently, Mr. Wilson was SVP of Investment with Ivy Realty, where he was responsible for structuring, underwriting and negotiation the acquisition of over 3,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Wilson was an acquisition and disposition associate within the Capital Markets Group for Trammell Crow Company (now CBRE) and Secured Capital (now EastdilSecured). During this time he brokered the acquisition and sale of nearly $5 Billion of commercial real estate across the United States. Prior to 2002 Mr. Wilson was Director of Real Estate Services for United Systems Integrators Corporation where he was responsible for developing and implementing real estate strategies for USI’s contracted corporate clientele including Avaya, Bisys, Lucent, Charles Schwab and Henry Schein. From 1997 to 2001 Mr. Wilson was Vice President of Sales for First American Title Insurance Company of New York and responsible for new business development with a specific focus on the Project Finance sector of business.
